Some evenings I don't want to be tested. I want a game that lets me tend a farm, decorate a room, or wander somewhere pretty with no pressure. Cozy games have quietly become one of my favorite genres on mobile.

Tiny Harvest Valley is my current go-to. There's no failure state, no timer breathing down my neck, just a small routine that grows a little each day. The villagers give me a reason to come back, and that's enough.

What makes a cozy game work is restraint. No aggressive notifications, no manufactured urgency, no wall telling you to hurry up. The good ones understand that calm is the whole point.
